Burger King - Walsall

The restaurant was not clean - there were spilled drinks in some areas that the staff walked past, the bin was overflowing with rubbish, tables were sticky and dirty, the floor was messy with fries and other debris, and the drink machine was messy and wet on the floor. The staff were not very cheerful or polite, and I noticed that they were not using gloves to prepare food. The burgers were also overcooked. This was my first time visiting and I was very disappointed.

I can't order a cheeseburger at this restaurant again for some reason. They claim to only have a limited menu, which I could understand during Covid restrictions. But now I feel like they are being greedy, trying to push customers to buy more expensive items from the menu because they don't offer cheaper options. This tactic hasn't worked on me and this isn't the first time it's happened. I've decided to stop going there now. Their loss!

The food at this restaurant is delicious. The staff and service are excellent. The atmosphere is very clean and modern.

Ate here for the first time last month as normally go to other chain restraunts. Quality of food was alot better than other chains and service was great. Great offers on the app would definitely eat her again.

Your king fusion is more like a peasant fusion. I barely got anything, McDonald’s fill it right to the top and it’s 50p cheaper.
