Bidrage med feedbackI picked up our garlic cheese bread and pizza today and requested extra marinara sauce since they only provide one small container for the whole pie. I was surprised to find out that it cost $1 for extra sauce. When I arrived home, I discovered that the pie was burnt. I have been a loyal customer for years, but I think it's time to try a different pizzeria.
Pieology has been one of our favorite pizza places. Unfortunately today's experience has put a dent in it. First of all, they changed the machine that makes the doe circular, and replaced it with something that's not working out, see the shape of my pizza, and it's slowed down the process. Then my pizza came out not hot it was like room temperature, I was like how in the world did that happen. Manager came out and explained that they adjusted the oven temperature and still testing with it. I don't know if all these changes are coming down from corporate or store owner, but if you don't figure it out quickly, business will drop. Why F!$k around with something that was good and working out
Just threw out 3 pizzas the ingredients tasted off and on top of it tasted burnt!!
The pizza’s were flavorful and tasted great. The staff were very friendly and projected a positive attitude towards the customers. They demonstrated great patience when some customers were undecided and took longer than usual to order. With that said, the dining area floor was extremely dirty with food and other items scattered about as were some of the tables. Customers want to eat in an area which, is clean and well kept. Often times businesses use staffing shortages as an excuse for not maintaining a clean dinning area. There should always be time to ensure cleanliness remains at the forefront. Issues such as this falls squarely on the shoulders of ownership and the management team.
Love you can pick so many toppings that are fresh and don't find at other pizza places. Always good.
