I really enjoyed the atmosphere; it had a small-town charm and the staff were quick and friendly. Even the other patrons were welcoming; we ended up chatting with a lovely couple who were also in town for the event. There's also patio seating available in the back. Glenn's is situated right on the main road, just a few minutes south of I-80. It’s definitely worth the detour if you're craving something different from McDonald's. Plus, taking a drive through the quaint town of Walnut is a refreshing change from the fast-paced interstate travel at 75 MPH.

They serve an incredible Philly cheesesteak and are welcoming to non-locals. This is Chief's Bar! Just a heads up! The owner and staff are friendly and attentive—truly great people.
