Panera Bread - Walnut Creek

The ppl that work here are great! I realize how spoiled they have me when I go to other locations they fall short of the service I get here. Lol

Food is really good tomato soup and chicken salad sandwich, service is fast and very polite. The cashier is very sweet, he made my day! My only complaint is the crazy amount of loud, f-bombing high school studentsfrom Las Lomas who 'hang ' out inside the restaurant and only order a drink (or order a water and steal from the machine BTW) or beg off their friends. The kids wrestling by the door should have been kicked out, but nooooo we just stepped over them. Will not be coming back to this location on Fridays or Saturdays.

A great panera spot. Right at downtown Walnut Creek, and right next to the parking garage! The service is very quick and friendly, and the food taste amazing also! They keep the place looking nice well to, so there's no reason not to visit!

We had a problem with payment, and the manager on a Sunday night handled the situation with grace and professionalism. Very thankful for the top notch customer service.

Staff is great. All very friendly and helpful. Good food, bread and pasteries.
