Nespresso Boutique Walnut Creek

Nespresso reopened across from the Apple store. There was a long life to get him but once you got in the customer service was amazing. The coffee bar is not open yet

Recently stopped by Nespresso Walnut Creek on a busy Saturday afternoon. There was a small line but it moved fairly quickly. As usual the store was immaculate and very well organized with the most impressive display of coffee units neatly organized on the wall. Although, I have been in this store several times, this experience was different. My salesperson name was Hannah and she was a doll. Excellent customer service, great recommendations of coffees, as well as a great personality! She even made us a sample of the “coffee of the day” and it was amazing! We will definitely be back and I hope Hannah will be there to help us again.

I've received great service from the Walnut Creek store and tips to make different coffee and espresso drinks. Highly recommend this store and the staff.

I’ve been going there for at least three years and every time I go they gave me special extra coffee pods if I buy $80 more!I could order online but I choose to go to the store to ask questions and to see what new coffee they have. But this time there was no offer given I believe I get better deals online in the store. To keep more people employed then ordering online. I was disappointed!

I went in last night to pick up a few sleeves to tie me over until my larger online order arrived. I had issues with my order being stuck at a warehouse. An associate and the ASM took extra time to help me sort out my online order issue, canceled the shipment, and pulled from their own inventory to fulfill my order. They could have said “just wait,” but instead took the time and turned a frustrating online order situation into a positive in-store experience. Walnut Creek is one of the best Nespresso stores. Thanks to your team!
