Ordered on the app at 4:30pm for 6:30pm. Get there at 6:45. Enter the front door. Immediately the owner yells 'you need to wait ' at me. I asked how do you even know who I am or what I ordered? He yells my name and holds up my receipt in front of 3 customers in line. I told him I ordered via the app at 4:30 to be ready at 6:30. Mind you it was 6:45. He then asked me if I think I 'm special. I left and told him he could have the subs. What is good about the location is that they do offer all of the deals on the app, the only one in Wallingford. Having said the one flicker of good, that was the worst customer service I ever have been exposed to in my life.
