Irv's Bbq - Waller

The food was delicious, and the restaurant was very clean. It seems like they could use more customers, so let's support them to keep the doors open. The staff was very friendly too!

Upon entering the restaurant, I found the premises to be clean and well-presented. The food and menu options were fantastic; however, the customer service left a lot to be desired. This was my first visit in a while, and I can confidently say it has never been this disappointing. When I asked the clerk if the receipt he had tossed across the counter was mine, he responded with a dismissive attitude, saying, "Well, yes, isn't this for the meal you just ordered?" I told him I wasn’t sure, especially since he had just flung it at me, to which he laughed. I have no idea what had put him in such a poor mood, but it certainly wasn’t my fault.

I’ve been working on Hwy 290 since January 16th, and Irv's has always been closed. As of today, April 1, it’s still not open.

Stood there for 10 mins waiting for someone to come to the counter for a bbq sandwich, I asked for a chopped beef, he said all they had was sliced beef. I asked did he have a knife he said no. Lol

A couple years ago, this one of the best burgers around Waller. Not sure what happened, but the quality of food has dropped off considerably. The burger today was dry and not fresh. I had the barbecue chicken plate. I have eaten a ton of barbecue chicken in my day and I cannot figure out what they did to make that bird taste like it did. It was dry, sauce was bad, and the chicken didn't taste like chicken. It was almost like eating canned meat. Very disappointed.
