Wendy's - Walled Lake

Loved it, but the line for drive through was long and my fries were not hot and crispy like advertised. Hamburger was good!

Pulled up to the drive through at 7:15. They close at 8. The staff was very rude in telling me they would not serve me when they did not close for another 45 minutes when it says on the building that the drive through closes at 8.

I was in line for the drive thru a half an hour before close and apparently they closed early. No signs to alert anyone nor was the person inside kind enough to let me know as I waited for 5+ minutes. Beyond that this location has never been particularly fast so this doesn’t surprise me.

I under stand that people are struggling to staff their establishments. But this is ridiculous. I have not been to this Wendy’s in about 4 months due to my last experience. Last time i waited in line about 50 minutes only to be told at 8:30pm that the customer in front of me was the last for the day they were not longer taking orders because they needed to close by 9pm. Fairly quick considering the lobby is closed. Food was good and the crew friendly.
