I had a disappointing experience during my last visit to this restaurant. The cheeseburger, which is usually tasty, was a letdown this time. The top bun was rock-hard, making it impossible to bite into, while the bottom bun was overly soggy, making it difficult to even lift the burger. Additionally, the patty was tough and chewy. I'm hoping this was just a one-off incident because I do enjoy dining here, but time will tell. Food rating: 2.
