Vocelli Pizza - Waldorf

I ordered a deluxe pizza but received one with light bacon, tomatoes, and ham instead. When the delivery arrived, I called back and spoke with the manager, Alex. He suggested that I wait an additional two hours to get my correct order, which was incredibly unprofessional. As a result, I don't think I'll ever feel comfortable ordering from this restaurant again. After some frustration, I decided to go in person because of Alex's disrespectful attitude. Fortunately, Sean, the General Manager, stepped in and resolved the issue.

The food here is excellent! I order from this restaurant frequently and have never encountered any issues. The staff are always friendly, and the place is clean as well.

We typically order pizza from this place, and it's outstanding. While I haven't tried many of their other menu items, I can definitely recommend their pizza. The food consistently tastes fresh and is served hot and beautifully presented. I highly recommend this spot; it’s a great alternative to the large chain pizza places.
