Pho D'lite - Waldorf

This restaurant is consistently delicious and usually quite fast. It’s been our go-to place for pho in the area, and it’s always bustling with customers when I visit. Despite the crowds, they've never made a mistake with our orders or kept us waiting too long. My only suggestion would be for them to clean the tables a bit more quickly between guests. They have a great variety of options to choose from, and everything I've tried has been excellent.

This place is downhill. the service is under compartment. I've never got my food this time so I can't talk to the quality. there were several people waiting longer than their pick-up time to also get food. I waited almost 15 minutes after the pick-up time to conjure them only the order and make it wrong. there is no possibility to request a refund for online orders. server must call and interrogate the owner to request a refund and to plead a case for it in the round. I now wait to see if I have to receive a refund or report this business for.

As a first-time visitor, I came here for dinner and found the restaurant quite empty, so there was no wait at all. The waitress was very attentive, answering my questions about the menu and offering great recommendations. She seemed genuinely pleased to serve us, which made for a wonderful first impression. Overall, the experience was excellent, and I appreciated the reasonable prices.

I visited this restaurant and waited for 20 minutes before I approached the young lady at the counter. She informed me that she was the only one working and that I would just have to wait. However, she proceeded to take the orders of customers who arrived after me. During my wait, she also made at least three phone calls. I would recommend avoiding this place! I ended up heading back to "Small Saigon" in Falls Church, VA, where the Vietnamese food is prepared by actual Vietnamese people, the service is excellent, and it's a much better experience overall. Avoid this restaurant at all costs!
