Dunkin' - Waldorf

I haven't visited this Dunkin' in a while, but I'm really impressed by the excellent customer service displayed by the young employees! Great job to the HR team! I'm definitely more inclined to return to this location. Plus, their cold brews are fantastic!

I've mentioned before that I love this place because they have my favorite donuts—vanilla frosted with sprinkles. However, for the last three weeks, they've been sold out by 11 AM on Mondays and Tuesdays. I'm really disappointed that they can't restock or do something to fix this issue.

I ordered through the app and was confident I had selected the right location. However, when I arrived to pick up my order, it was missing. The two staff members at the front quickly realized that I had mistakenly placed my order at the location by the mall. I was ready to place a new order, but the associates kindly took my order again, informed the other location of the mix-up, and gave me my food without any extra charge. This all happened during the busy morning rush, and I really appreciated how these two ladies took the time to fix my mistake. Excellent customer service!

I ordered a pumpkin donut, the Lil dude gave me an orange cream filled donut, which I never asked. When I explained the mistake, he mocked me in his Indian language. This place makes order donuts harder than it really is. I suggested setting ATMs that understand simple English and what?s on the menu before they serve customers.

Pinefield location. The quality of food is getting worse and worse. Tonight I stopped for a caramel latte on the window and decided to get a donut too. Now I know at 6:00 that the donuts are not the freshest, but seriously this donut was beyond Stale. It was so dry that you thought it was for two days. Really? If you will spend Stale Donuts atleast give them for dirt cheap not full price. Nor seems to be nothing but people who do not know what they do half the time. It's getting old. Make some changes.
