Hire more employees. You have people waiting in line for an hour to order, because there are only two employees and one is delegated to online orders only. Several people waited in line only to leave after being frustrated with the long wait. Horrible service and poor work environment for your employees.Also, my husband came in a week prior to my visit today. They were all out of brownies and sweet cream ice cream. They also had delivery drivers demanding they cancel order on their end that they were not able to fulfill. Please be mindful of what’s requested most frequently, plan and staff accordingly.

Came in here the other day, saw nothing but actual disappointment. I feel like every coldstone location in Maryland has to be terrible. I went to the Ellicott Location a couple weeks ago and it was NOT good. It seems that this location is not any better. I went with my daughter and son because we were in the area. The workers clearly do not want to be there, management clearly not there. No help whatsoever with the line. Coldstone is terrible.

I stopped by today specifically for the plant based options. Lines are always long. Staff is slow and doesn’t smile or communicate, as if we are doing them a disservice for wanting ice cream. Complete turn off.I asked the bitter young lady behind the counter what flavors were available today and she pointed to a contaminated container of plant based dark chocolate. It had trails of peanut butter ice cream and traces of milk based vanilla. She was annoyed when I asked if there was any available not contaminated, she suggested I wait for her to make others’ orders first before checking.I asked her to check and complete my order first and she quickly returned saying they were all out. She was rude in explaining their allergen protocols. I waited for my husband’s order and I walked out embarrassed at her treating my food based allergy like I was being unreasonable, especially since I was trying to order dairy free “ice cream” at an ice cream shop.When I was younger, Cold Stone Creamery was exciting for the entire family and quality customer service was a big deal. Needless to say, I went to MOM’s for some TLC and frozen vegan ice cream.Skip this location unless you have limitless time to burn standing in line like elementary school cafeteria line.Dietary restrictions: Rude and inconsiderate.

The workers there are very unprofessional and rude. They need training in how to interact with customers. Will definitely not be spending my money at this establishment.

Terrible! On a Sunday afternoon and there is only one person doing everything in the store! The line is long and I have been waiting a good 15 or 20 minutes! I am only waiting because I am getting the ice cream for my husband. This is ridiculous!!!
