Caribou Coffee/einstein Bros. Bagels

Have eaten here around 5 times over the years. Food is always very good. Staff, though, is mighty unfriendly, most of the time (I think there has been an exception or two). And after being cynical and snotty while taking your order they make you sign the receipt, for no other reason than trying to get a tip out of you. I'm done with that. Will choose Blimpe by the diesel fuel island from now on. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Employees seem depressed : another customer grabbed my food ahead of me. Then it almost happened again. Because of same orders. 12.50 for a bagel and coffee. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Made a special stop here because Google has them open until 10pm. Wouldn't have stopped otherwise. Must be another place that closes because they can't get people to work.

The girls were too busy gossiping to get my order right or even cut my sandwich

The coffee tasted burned. there was only one dame behind the counter that commanded and made every coffee so that it was waiting too long. they need two people back there. it is not fair for the hired. That sandwich I had was okay. the job was okay. that was too hard. I prefer a softer texture.
