Loved it! We didn’t come in for a meal but everything looked so attractive we ordered a charcuterie board and fish snd chips. Wines snd beer. It was all very good with great views and ambiance. Can’t wait to return!

Disappointing made a reservation one week in advance, confirmed the endless reminders on our phone, arrived at time (not late) of reservation to discover that our place had been given to walk ins. Told to sit at bar and wait; wine we ordered was not delivered. Give this place a miss. No one seemed to care or came to apologize. Pretentious, expensive, over rated. Many other better restaurants in town.

We went for dinner on Dec 26th and unfortunately they were understaffed. It took 30 minutes to get our drinks and give our appetizer order. We were there an hour before we got our appetizers and we scarfed them down. Drinks and food were good, it was just an incredibly long wait and I could see other diners getting increasingly frustrated, especially those with kids.

Heron Wine BarVery mediocre food, we took the fish and chips, and the pulled pork sandwich, the fish was greasy and over cooked and dry and a small portion with too many fries to compensate for the lack of fish, with a wilted coleslaw. The pulled pork was soggy and mushy with too much BBQ sauce, with an overload of fries again, the beer was flat which I returned and got another one which was better. The service was good though. Overall expensive and disappointing. Beautiful restaurant and view but the food does not live up to the place.
