Burger King - Wakefield

This restaurant met expectations for a national chain. The food was served quickly, hot, and all options were available. The prices were reasonable for the quality of the food.

Where do I start ...... The staff looked scruffy and brain dead. As I waited in the long line waiting to be served the lady behind the counter serving food did a big sneeze on her hand and then continued to touch the fries and other food. Needless to say I walked out totally disgusted. Yes it’s a fast food place not fine dining, I accept that.

We were after some food and I looked at the time of closure. Online it said 10pm. At 20 past 9 we went for it to be already closed

Visited on a Wednesday in half term holidays to be met by a 20 minute wait from walking through the door to receiving my food. No apology for the delay, people were constantly coming back to the front with missing food queries, very slow service, only 2 members of staff taking orders and working with one credit card machine so you were going backwards and forwards, could only see one person cooking and another floating around trying to get the trays back to start all over again. For a small unit as this one and being school holidays would have expected better service, will never visit again

As said in the title, the service was very slow and run by children. They would rather talk to their mates than actually serve customers.
