Bidrage med feedbackIt's worth mentioning that they do honor Star Rewards here, but due to the "old" systems (according to the cashier), they only redeem rewards based on the cost of the drink itself. Any military discounts or modifications need to be paid out of pocket, which isn't how it's done at other locations. On top of that, my experiences with the baristas have been inconsistent. I frequent this Starbucks because of its convenience, but it seems they have recently hired new staff. During my last visit, the baristas didn't seem to understand how to prepare my drink as I requested. I've been ordering the same beverage nearly every day for the past six years without any issues — until now. It feels like the baristas aren't well-trained in making various drinks correctly. Overall, my experience was disappointing, and I hope they improve their service soon.
The employee working the counter was extremely nice, but felt quite bad for her, as she didn’t look a day past high school, yet I had seen her there often before. I have even seen her there multiple times during school hours. She doesn’t seem like a drop out, yet I’ve seen her at work during these times. Based on my few interactions with the manager, and the things of seen of her, I’d say that the manager is fairly rude. I wouldn’t be surprised if she was irresponsibly and unfairly scheduling people, perhaps even illegally. I’ve had a few other employees serve me that all seemed nice enough, but it’s usually the one girl. All of the interactions I have had with the employees have been much better than the ones with the manager. I’d say that this business needs looked into, and I will not be supporting the bad business practices going forward.
I 'm loving this location as it 's omw to work. When covid first hit it was the only one nearby still running and as much as I appreciated that I skipped going quiet a few times because of the LONG lines, I mean wrapped around the building into Rogers rd. Not their fault, but I really didn 't have the time for that, but now those other people have gone back to their other desired locations I 'm happy to be going back here. The people there seem great and most of the time my order is right. But consistency seems to be an issue. Sometimes the drink tastes right, sometimes not, sometimes I get napkins with my baked good, sometimes not, sometimes they know how to load onto my app and use stars and complete the process with one scan, but usually not. So it 's whatever, but I 'm glad they 're still around and I wanna say thanks to the workers for trying to be pleasant especially these days. It 's needed! Remember everyone you catch more flies with honey than with vinegar :
First it seems like people are mixing this Starbucks up with another one, this one is inside a Harris Teeter so no drive through.
Went in to go grocery shopping today and the barista Mariah had set out samples. I had a cinnamon roll frap and thought it was a new special for the holidays, I asked her what it was called and she had told me she made it herself. I was blown away. It was so good that I believe this should be added to the Starbucks menu nationwide.
