Bidrage med feedbackI usually enjoy my visits to Starbucks, but I was quite disappointed on Christmas Day. When we arrived at the register, there was no greeting from the staff, and the young lady who assisted us was not helpful at all. After we got our drinks and were enjoying them outside, she approached my wife and me to ask if there was a problem. When I shared my concern, she just responded with "interesting" and went back inside. I've never had an employee follow me outside for any reason, which felt rude and confrontational. I plan to reach out to the general manager on Monday to discuss this poor customer experience.
Poor service. The staff is incompetent and took forever for my order. Bunch of lame people who can?t get orders right
This time, I ordered two Venti Iced Peach Green Teas, simply made with cane sugar—one for me and one for my daughter, who was with me to witness this unfortunate incident. After completing our transaction, we received our drinks and took a few sips, which were delicious! However, once we reached our next destination, I noticed something unusual in my drink when the sunlight caught it just right. I was initially horrified, thinking, “Is that blood in my ice cube?” My stomach turned at the thought. After snapping a few pictures to document the mystery, I discovered that it was actually a small piece of dragon fruit floating in the ice. The whole situation was just unsettling—it seemed so perfectly arranged to provoke disgust. I understand that accidents happen, but this one really threw me off. Moving forward, I'll definitely be more vigilant about what’s in my iced drinks from any Starbucks. I suppose I should thank you for the unsettling experience of mistaking a tiny piece of fruit for something far worse in my mostly clear tea! With everything going on in the world, this was the last thing I needed!
It’s not often that you come across customer service as exceptional as what I experienced at this Starbucks. They truly deserve an A+! From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with a warm attitude and were very accommodating regarding my non-dairy preferences. I’ve visited this location several times, and each time, they consistently provide high-quality coffee and excellent service. Thank you, Starbucks!
I don?t usually write reviews, but this is the absolute worst Starbucks. I?ve been here three times. The first two times, they didn?t have part of my mobile order. Every time the wait in line has been >20 minutes no matter how many cars are ahead.
