Dunkin' - Wake Forest

Terrible. The staff seemed overworked and overwhelmed, and the drinks and donuts were not up to standard.

Ordered a half dozen donuts. The donuts were old and out of round. Waste of money! I would like a refund or another 1/2 dozen. I seriously threw them in the trash.

This store constantly messes up orders. It's not like they are complicated orders either, they simply give me other people's food or coffee.

Uneducated employeesOrdered a white mocha at drive thru and when it was time to pay they hand me an original latte and say that they don’t make white mocha flavor. Which is fine but don’t tell me yes and then no it doesn’t exist. The latte is disgusting. So now it’s just going to be wasted…

This restaurant is clean, the staff is friendly, and the food is delicious! It has become a tradition for us to have birthday donuts with the kids, and the staff here were exceptionally sweet to us today. Thank you!
