Domino's Pizza - Wake Forest

Updated: Manager Delores reached out to me and resolved the issue and even offered to give us a free meal next time we order. Problem solved. 7/16/18 I ordered here a lot but when I called for the first time regarding a soggy thin crust pizza with no sauce the manager could care less saying I had passed the 6 hour same day complaint period and said “the managers” decided they would not honor a complaint called in the next day. I should have called right away instead of enjoying a Friday night dinner with my family. There are plenty of other -better- pizza shops like Papa Johns and Pizza Hut and Pizza Amore right down the street. Thanks Dominos. You have lost my business from now on. So Sad. Over a $5 medium pizza you screwed up and refused to care. Poor service. Would NOT recommend this store.

Came in tonight to get a pizza and some Parmesan bites. They were really backed up and only had two people working and still were amazing. I met a guy named cruze thereAnd he was really friendly. It was also a guy on oven who took my order it was really nice. I work in the food business too so I understand how stressful it can be with all the orders. They were polite really nice and helpful. Even with all the giant orders they had ahead of me, They still cut my order out pretty fast. For a store that was understaffed that night, and had a lot of orders they did amazing. I am unfortunately moving away to Winston, but whenever I come visit Wake Forest I will 100% come here.

We ordered a pizza at 9 pm this evening. Not only was it never delivered, but it was never even started, according to that handy dandy tracker. I thought maybe there was a technical issue with the website, but after calling for about an hour while the storewas still open, no one ever actually answered the phone. Gotta say....pretty shocking. We have yet to be able to reach someonefor a refund and have heard nothing back from anyone. Super disappointed. Who's in charge of this place, anyways, and where arethey?

Tried to place an order before 12AM, the app kicked me out had to restart. Then it wouldn?t take my order and kept saying general error with the store number so I call to which some young lady says sorry we?re closed mind you it?s 12:12AM and thehours say open until 1AM. I try to respond and she abruptly hangs up. If you close at 12AM I get that, but if that?s the casethen update your hours and definitely don?t be so short and rude with customers.

The worker told me they were not taking orders on a Friday at 6:45 pm. The last time we order from here they did not give us our full order. They are unprofessional and have poor service.
