Bojangles ' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits

I want to commend the team that worked this morning! All of their computer systems and registers were down, but instead of closing up shop until everything was back online, they persevered. They switched to cash only and managed the calculations themselves. Many places would have simply shut down until their systems were restored, but they put in a lot of effort. Of course, there were some customers who gave them attitude as if they had control over the situation, but they handled it all with smiles and continued working hard. Truly impressive!

This is my first review! I noticed that two employees were sitting or lying down in a booth for over 30 minutes. The trash cans were overflowing, and 10 tables had either trash or food residue on them. The only positive aspect of my visit was the young lady who took my order. She was the one who not only took my order but also bagged my food and made my drink.

If you live in the South, you can't go wrong with Bojangles. The food is delicious and reasonably priced for fast food. I ordered the 4-piece Supreme meal along with a boberry biscuit, and it only cost me $8. It's fantastic food!

It seems like no one knows how to take orders thru the drive thru. This is my local bojangles, and I swear they mess up my orders everytime. It doesn't matter what time of day it is. Even when it slow like today at 1pm, still messed up my order that we didn't know until we got home. (Left out an entire 4pc Supreme dinner) No they aren't short staffed either...

This Bojangles has become such trash. Not at all what it used to be. Constantly out of food, and not random things on the menu but things like chicken and sweet tea? at bojangles. They?ve been out of chicken, macaroni, sweet tea and boberry biscuits at various times over the last few visits there. And to top it all off the service is just terrible. Not only does it take forever every single time we try to eat there, but we?ve learned not to drive off without checking to make sure our order is right and we have everything we asked for. Really disappointing because this used to be such a friendly, reliable place.
