Burgerfi - Wake County

The staff of this place is horrible. The kiosk was offline/out of order, I ask one of the staff who is seated in the counter where they are cooking didn’t know where was the cashier. She magically appears a few minutes later, she barely can take our order, they had loud music in the kitchen, some of them laughing hard other kissing each other, my other was wrong… I can keep going with the list. Just eat in any other place, trust me.

Placed the order at the kiosk. Took about 25 minutes to get my food, and the place was not even that busy. The employees making the food just move very slow.

Zero hustle for an airport location. 20 minutes waiting for a fast food Togo order.

I had a very early flight and I wanted to order here since I tried it before somewhere else and I liked it. First of all, there was a line at Jason Deli next door but no one at BurgerFi. I should have checked the reviews when I first noticed that! Their self order kiosks were open but they don’t want you to order there. And most importantly, even though they had a very clear two posted signs at the bar that guests are welcome to sit and eat- see the pic. They rudely asked me to move somewhere else? When I said but the signs says I can and there is no one waiting to to sit at the bar, the guy who seemed like was tasked to cook the burgers told me that they were old signs!?? Not to mention the big puddle of water on the floor waiting people to slip and injure themselves. Rude and not even following their posted signs! …. unsafe. The food was ok. No wonder why the next door business was packed with people and no one at BurgerFi. I do not recommend.

Another franchise in an airport that fails to live up to the quality expected. The burger seemed small I don't know if it was a lower weight or a higher fat content that cooks off and there was no way to customize it other than buying additions. There's no integration with the BurgerFi app so you cannot earn or redeem point here. The fries are coated and taste like the rejects from a Burger King. Overall a sad state. I will definitely pass in the future.
