Pho Waipahu

Really good pho. A little sweeter than I am used to but very good.

Lemonade is all ice 2 sips gone their food is good though. The lemonade is refreshing and good but they fill the cup up with ice and hardly any drink smh its always our go to when we are sick but cmon guys 2 sips and gone!!!

THIS!!! THIS! this little hole in the wall!! A gem near savers in Waipahu, I'd walk 5000 miles for the food here. I'm sorry I've now gotten taken out 4 times and each time I dive in, so I don't have any photos but there's nothing terribly special about the packaging. It's the typical vietnamese take out styles. No need to fret about the fixin's for the pho they're all included. We order (every time) the bbq banh mi and one time we got the rare steak beef pho and another time we got the brisket pho, but all times we got meatballs on the side to put inside the soup!Pros: great portion sizes, big enough that it feels indulgent like it should, but not so large that it's overwhelming. super fresh, crisp and soft and chewy baguette! tender bbq pork with depths and depths of flavor it's insane. The pho also taste home made, i love that they include a cup of hoisin and garlic chili paste. I prefer the brisket I think it soaks up the broth the best, but my husband prefers the rare steak texture. Cons: the broth for the pho was maybe a little greasier than I prefer but it's not huge issue.

I'm impressed. I'm usually picky with pho places. But this is very good. Ordered: combo pho, spring rolls and bah mi. This bah mi especially is freshly made.

We both had beef pho and the broth was amazing. The spring rolls and summer rolls were so good we ordered more. There was no wait time. We also had the thai tea which was large and refreshing.
