Outback Steakhouse - Waipahu

We had an amazing experience thanks to our server, Heidi L. She truly went above and beyond to make the best of a challenging situation. The food arrived quickly, and our drinks were always topped up. We learned after we ordered that all Outback locations in Oahu will be closing on February 18, 2024. I encourage everyone to visit their nearest Outback to support the excellent cooks, servers, and hosts.

I made an online reservation through the Outback Steakhouse website. When I arrived just 5 minutes before my reservation, I checked in, but the staff member informed me that their system runs on different timings and couldn’t locate my reservation. I showed her the confirmation on my phone, but I was told I would need to join the 40-minute waitlist instead. I wouldn’t recommend making reservations here through their website, as it seems unreliable; just be ready for a long wait.

Server Jen was the best server I have ever had. She was extremely attentive and very helpful with everything. Food was delicious and came out quickly. Highly recommend!!!!

Best Steakhouse in Oahu. Food is wonderful and cooked as you liked it. Prices are much cheaper compared to places downtown and the atmosphere is always perfect regardless of weather. Shoutout to Cara for her exceptional services. She will let you know what goes in the food if you have dietary restrictions. We visited this place 3x during our 10 day trip. Highly recommended.
