Nancy's Kitchen - Waipahu

I visited this restaurant last week with my family to enjoy Nancy's made-to-order fresh food. The kalbi was fantastic. We were also very impressed with the sizzling rib eye steak.

I am typically a very understanding person when it comes to dining experiences, but unfortunately, this restaurant was a letdown. From the unhelpful staff, to receiving the wrong order, to the long wait times, I was left feeling disappointed.

I'm puzzled by how this restaurant only has 2.5 stars. It's a pleasant surprise for me, as the service is consistently excellent, the food is delicious, and there is hardly ever a wait.
