Bidrage med feedbackI had an incredible dining experience at Burger Baron in Wainwright. The food was amazing! It is definitely worth it and I will be returning.
We arrived at Burger Baron and Twin Pizza around five o'clock on Thursday, July 6th, hoping that the bright yellow building housed some delicious food. Despite the unassuming name, we were intrigued by the Donair sign and decided to give it a try. The restaurant was clean and smelled pleasant, not like any odor or anything stale. The menu offered a variety of fast food options including burgers, pizza, donairs, fish 'n chips, and more. We ordered a beef donair with tzatziki sauce, fish and chips with pineapple, and a chocolate shake. The food was prepared quickly and was very flavorful. The fish was crispy and juicy, and the fries were perfectly seasoned and crunchy. The pineapple was fresh and thick, and the chocolate shake was delicious, although slightly grainy. The owners, who were from Lebanon, were friendly and accommodating. They even shared some of their Lebanese dishes with us. While the meal was a bit on the expensive side, over $30, we felt that it was worth it. The restaurant also had an arcade with older video games and a playground for children, which we enjoyed. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely return.
This place has good eating, but the personal is not only not helpful, they tell them something, and then they change it. So they ask if they want a free pepsi, they say yes and then they charge them $3,79 for it and say they never said that sad.
The two male employees working were friendly, but I noticed that they were not very hygienic. They did not wash their hands between handling money, trash, and preparing food. Additionally, the children's play area had a strong smell of gas, indicating a potential leak. The total bill came to $16.17, which I felt was a bit high for the quality of food and service provided. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant due to the slow service, lack of cleanliness, and potential safety hazard of a gas leak.
We stopped about five PM Thursday July 6th, hoping that the very yellow building hid good food. The name - Burger Baron and Twin Pizza - wasn't promising, but we noticed the Donair sign, so went in. The place was clean and smelled good, no odd or musty smells. The menu is typical fast food, but quite broad, with burgers, pizza, donairs , fish 'n chips, and more. We ordered a beef Donair with tsiki sauce and fish 'n chips with a pineapple and a chocolate shake. The food was prepared quickly and was plentiful and tasty. The fish was crispy and juicy and the fries were crisp and nicely seasoned. The gravy, too, was good. The pineapple shake was smooth and thick. The chocolate shake was very tasty and thick, but a little granular. The owner and his wife, from Lebanon, were friendly and helpful. They were eating their supper, too, a Lebanese dish, and offered some to us to try. I think that if you asked , they might make you traditional Lebanese food. The food was a little expensive - just over thirty dollars, but I think the value was good. The restaurant has an arcade with older video games and a kids play ares. We enjoyed our stop and will stop there again,
