Came to work for Spa24H. It’s a joke, not a hotel. The hotel staff is careless about your comfort. Hotel is placed on the road, so the sound of trucks will constantly wake you up at night. Closing the windows didn’t help, and the air conditioner didn’t work. The staff lied us they will fix the AC on the first day, and of course nothing happened during the next 4 days. No mosquito nets on the windows as well. Problems with hot water in the shower. Weak wifi. The checkout is at 11:00 and at 10:40 they will shout at you and open your door. They will keep opening it and shouting at you until you leave. You are not awaited here and no one will care about your comfort. ZERO hospitality. Find a better place. Outrageous and not recommended to go to the Spa here if you are not a hotel guest. 3 hours for 50 euros, then you can at least expect good service and sauna. On arrival dominating sewer smell down at the dressing room. Wasn't normal. At the sauna you could not pour water (empty), the hammam worked insufficiently without any smell such as eucalyptus. Have a drink outside on the terrace then you had to walk in to the reception to order. Prices drinks abnormal. No friendly service and crying baby owners present on arrival. Inattentive, don't pay attention to guests. Never again and definitely not recommended. Service: 1

We stayed as a couple for one night and had dinner in the restaurant. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Very clean room and ultra comfortable bedding, the spa was top, magnificent lake view and what about the staff, we were delighted, very helpful and polite. A big thank you to the chef of the restaurant for this concept of tapas which reminded us enormously of the Mediterranean where we are from. The quality of the food was top notch. Very kind and smiling receptionist, who took the time to explain the hotel project to us. We can't wait to come back, and we are very happy to learn that a project to build a private swimming pool is underway : we felt at home there. And bravo for the modern decor of the hotel. The price is not given but completely in line with the services provided. Very nice hotel, modern, comfortable, a swimming pool area, superb wellness! The idea of the possible choice, per person for breakfast! Very good room! A small point, lack of soundproofing, for the outside. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 4 Hotel highlights: Great value
