Bidrage med feedbackWe had a great experience! We walked in with a last-minute order for six sandwiches, and they were prepared quickly and accurately. We managed to feed a hungry group and keep everyone happy. No complaints from us this time—October 2021!
I'd recommend avoiding this Subway location. Everything from the meats to the bread was subpar. I ordered a simple tuna sandwich, and it was incredibly dry. We ended up throwing the rest of our sandwiches away. Overall, we were not impressed and have no desire to return, even though we visit Bellows Beach right next door weekly. It's such a disappointment—I'd suggest bringing your own food or choosing a different restaurant altogether.
The employee named Kim at Subway was incredibly rude to us. Additionally, we were overcharged, and she showed no concern or offered an apology.
I experienced the most confusing service and, arguably, the worst rotisserie chicken wrap I've ever had — and I order them often. The woman behind the counter was nice, but she was loud and inefficient. My wrap leaked liquid steadily, making it impossible for me to finish the second half before it fell apart. I'm not sure why, as I didn't request any dressing or condiments. If I decide to return, I will definitely avoid this wrap. Additionally, there was a small issue with the billing: I was overcharged for one drink and undercharged for a smaller one, which meant my friend had to leave her lunch twice to sort it out at the register. Navigating the payment was a hassle.
Quick service. The only issue with Subway is that the bread gets too soggy to eat. It would be great if they could pay more attention to removing moisture from the vegetables. I really don’t want to eat soggy bread.
