Rabbit Moon Cafe - Waihi Beach

I came to the beach for a day of r r with my Labrador. We decided to find somewhere for lunch that both of us were welcome. Louie (the lab) was catered for in the form of water bowls by each outdoor table. Atmosphere was good, and my quiche and coffee were both excellent. We will be back (and will bring Louie’s sister next time too).

We came here again after visiting 1 year ago. The reason the food and coffee were excellent even if a year ago it rained. Today was no different except the weather was stunning so we could sit outside. Two iced coffees chocolate plus one hot coffee large. Then some treats after our walk this morning. All were good.

Excellent food drinks and service. Dog friendly. Gold card discounts Fridays.

Absolutely amazing place! Super friendly staff with honest smiles, great selection of cabinet food and cakes, superb coffee and charming decoration. Greek yogurt cake is delicious! Kid friendly too. Open Thursday to Monday.
