Bidrage med feedbackWith update at the ende. bellini is a cocktail consisting of dry prosecco, champagne or champagne, half a spicy white pfirsich and after the taste some sugar syrup. the cocktail is probably created between the years 1931 and 1942 in harrys bar in venice, which was founded on 31 March 1931 by giuseppe cipriani. another myth that the cocktail was created on the occasion of a giovanni bellini exhibition in 1938. this cocktail is unfortunately not available here in bellini in waiblingen. but the beverage selection, in particular on the wine card, is even more than satisfactory. my best look fell on a calabrian rosé I didn't know. after an unjust and uninhabited long waiting period came the head of the house, which could be occupied in every Hollywood film immediately in the classic roll of the ageing pavement, with smiling smiles and the cake eaten out. on the table and unwritten a cooler with the old wine that had already been decorted by it! negro amaro, salice salentino, apulien 2013. a classic red wine area, a classic red wine vine. but in the bottle a satter roséton still sparkle! bene, that was a good choice of him and the first surprise of the evening. my appetizer vitello tonnato tells me a lot about the quality of a kitchen that can be good even almost anything else! the thun-fish paste was fine creamy, not overacidified and the capern small and delicate, unfortunately the calf slices cooked in white wine were somewhat too thick for my taste and somewhat too dry. but this is at a high level to whistle. the bark leber on Venetian art, cut in strips and covered with a wonderfully spiced, strong weed sauce, was a first quality. only the rosmarinkartoffeln promised, this unfortunately only the petersilie in the pan....a little pity because the more powerful rosmarin taste would have been better suited. delicately grilled calamari with fresh salad and saltimbocca à la romana with spaghetti were also fed with pleasure. all classic Italian cuisine, souvenirfully prepared and served with sense for aesthetics. the bellini is located in the pedestrian zone and the outside areas are always preferred, the inside sides, very densely stretched, with corresponding weathering. the service sometimes paralyses a little with appropriate use, but the charm of the cook makes it a little wet. in summa: a pristine italian that offers more than the usual pizzas that it also or spaghetti bolognese. gruß schroeder update februar 2018: the bovine liver venezian art is still recommended and this time also rosemary ink. the salimbocca alla romana with spaghetti on the table rediscovered blobal recognition, only the montepulciano was out of the barrel that they should not give to friends. in winter they sit tightly and in lärmender quantity overfilled the trattorria is also full weekday cracks. but the patronin keeps the meute on laune and in a doubt, a wonder still the great sw photos of claudia kardinal, sophia loren and gina lollobrigida in the juice of her young beauty. more a recommendation!
Our favorite, gino is the heart of the restaurant, eating leckes, always a nice conversation. best vitello tonnato we've ever eaten. tables, day offers, pizzas etc. only small, family and delicious!
A very good Italian, especially in summer beautiful. especially recommended: calamari from grill, lace.
