Kfc - Waianae

I purchased the $28 family meal deal, and it was excellent. The chicken included only drumsticks and thighs, which were cooked to perfection. The sides were mashed potatoes and mac and cheese. I believe it's a much better value compared to other chicken dinner options at rival drive-through restaurants.

We ordered a 2-piece meal and a dozen hot wings, but we were left feeling very disappointed. Unfortunately, this has happened to us several times before, and we were hoping for a better experience. We love KFC and keep giving them another chance, but once again, we were let down. The wings tasted like they had been refried, lacking flavor and were hard and dry. As for the 2-piece chicken, it seemed old. I'm not sure what's going on, but this has been a recurring issue for us.

The chicken tenders were well-prepared, and the drive-thru staff were really friendly. My only complaint is that they close a bit too early.

Two large mash and 1 gravy come on KFC. This is ridiculous for 50 bucks. Two stars cause your straps look good and you were out of Xtra crispy.
