Bidrage med feedbackMaharaja’s foods has become my new favourite place – eating is always exceptional with an incredible selection of things that change daily. the owner is a one-man show that is full of energy and very much passionate about his work. in the rule there are only 1 or 2 non-vegan options otherwise the rest is vegan. I love it vegan naan or vegan roti. I would recommend stopping by.
I suppose the chef was also the owner, buffet style, so I tried everything and it was all amazing. apparently it has something new every day to keep it interesting.
I visit here at least once a week. nine times from 10, eating is amazing. they are always ready to explain to all those who are unfamiliar with Indian foods, and are very careful with the labelling, which is vegan and not vegetarian. the personal is incredibly friendly and the limited menu changes regularly. the only times I have ever been disappointed are when they use certain ingredients that I cannot stand, such as bitter melone or okra. which, by the way, will still occasionally try, because they are such more enchanting with their food: if someone can make this dinge pale, they are. while their rice are delicious, I tend to avoid them because eating is charged buffet style through the pound, and I don't think that rice has an efficient cost-to-satiation ratio. I would rather weigh my teller with their absolutely amazing bratkartoffeln. seriously, if it ever is a week where they have their roasted kartoffels, they simply fill their whole plate with them, they will not regret it. In addition, they also regularly store various cooking ingredients which are otherwise very difficult to find. So if they want to go home and make their own creations, they are an excellent resource for it.
This is a buffet, so it is good if you are in a hurry. Lots of vegan options. Knowledgeable staff.
Went there for the first time today and loved the food. When we came in we were greeted by the owner and given a tour of the buffet. He was nice enough to point out his personal favorites as he went. We tried five or more of the dishes and got a samosa as well and wow was it good! The price is very reasonable, too, at $7.40 per pound. And, as I said before, the owner is super friendly and helpful. We are definitely coming back next weekend.
