Little Caesars Pizza - Wagon Wheel

Online ordering and pick up time doesn’t seem to be respected at the Show Low, AZ Little Caesars! I recommend Dominos from now on. Btw why does this location not use the pizza portal that is sitting on the counter?

The crew is the best!! When they were out of a topping for a pizza I just ordered, n they called me to inform me that they ran out of pineapple ?, for my Hulu Hawaiian stuffed crust. So I opted for bacon n ham! Highly recommended crew person, Chelsey! She 's super nice n warm n inviting to all customers! Deserves a raise, too!! Even reminded me to have a good rest of my night, which was refreshing! Most people say day regardless of whether the sun has gone down or not.

So disappointed using the app. I always use the app to order but this time was not good. Food is always good but it took 20 mins from oven and never went to ready on the app. I sat outside in front of the store waiting. I finally realized others who were walking in were getting there order already so I went in to check on mine and it was ready that whole time. I complained to the lady and she just smiled and said uh huh . And then said there you go. REALLY! I guess they don 't care about customer service.PSA- don 't trust the app to update.

This is the worst food I got I placed an order and figured it was going to be soft it was not it was like it was sitting there for several days also it was way to salty I will never go there

Not giving a 4th chance at this location. Wait times excessive, wrong orders and NEVER any hot and ready pizza. Pizza portal not being used. Elsewhere I go for pizza this place ain’t it.
