The Coffee Club - Wagga Wagga

Ordered eggs and coffee... very easy. Eggs were broken and watery, bread not roasted, accompanying tomatoes were cold refrigerator. That was the worst food I ever tried to eat. And I had to wait 20 minutes for it!

Had brunch with friends today. The food and service were fantastic. A special shoutout to Taylor. Thank you for making our day.

Go on a trip soon and tried to make a booking phone, not working. Left message on social media about booking. He waited for three days to answer and was finally called what I thought was confirmation. Instead, it was said... that is their social team and they would turn to restaurant for me and call back to confirm the booking. Never heard. Over 24 hours later, I called back the social team and told the restaurant that I don't accept bookings. It was also said that the restaurant manager had asked for my phone number, but I told them that I had neither heard of him and wanted to cancel my request. Not long after that I received a call from a mobile number I didn't recognize so I didn't answer it. Not sure it was the restaurant, but if it was, they didn't leave a speech message. This Franchisee will give the Coffee Club a bad name. I love my local. Incredibly poor service.

Traveling to Melbourne i stopped in for a rest and a coffee ordered a take away coffee and as i sat to wait i noticed almost all the staff had long hair only tied up at the top i witnessed two staff members lose hair...touching food preparation surfaces then i witnessed a staff member touch a take away cup to her lips and then pour hot beverage into it and serve it to the customer before me and make no mistake that i watched her like a hawk to make sure that i would not have the same for me this is shocking and i would recommend to anyone shopping here to keep a weather eye on the staff i will certainly not go back there but that's just me i would recommend food handling certification be implemented

We frequently visit this restaurant because we are members of the Coffee Club, which allows us to receive a free cup of coffee when we purchase another. As a result, we enjoy delicious coffee almost every day. The snacks are also very good.
