Pizzeria Piazza Italia - Wadowice

I rarely write negative reviews, because I usually try to give another chance anyone can fail, but here it went completely wrong : I'm only writing to improve your approach to guests. 1. I was served a different dish than I ordered it happens that the waitress was not sure what I was served it was an item from the weekly menu 2. My friends managed to eat and drink and I still haven't received my order 3. After another 5 minutes, I asked for a takeaway meal to be packed I received the answer that there was no problem that's cool. Pizzas were given to other tables and I was still waiting for them 4. After another 10 minutes, I still didn't have the dish, so I asked for the bill, I wanted to cancel the order, but I received information that it was already in the oven and would be ready in a minute: I thought, ok, I'll take it. It took another few minutes, and an additional charge was added. I was charged for a takeaway package, which was a plastic cake box wrapped in a piece of aluminum foil. 5. Additionally, this box also contained an incomplete dish, but I already noticed that in the car. Also to summarize: inconvenience: Service, any attempt to correct your mistake and priorities and giving an incomplete meal and adding a fee to it I haven't been so disappointed for a long time. The other pizzas were OK, but max 3/5. The dough is good, but the ingredients are weak.

Very nice place. Nothing more and nothing less but real italian pizza and pasta! I recommend to everyone :

Delicious meals and kind staff. They might be better organised, as they have forgot about part of our order, however all of the rest was fine. I would not say it is best pizza ever, however I would give it 8/10. Pastas are so so, that is why you should go with pizza instead.
