Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Wadesboro

The food is good at least it's better than Monroe's Popeyes and they didn't even last long. I mostly get the chicken strips or the nuggets. I really don't care for the chicken sandwich but I get it sometimes which all three are crunchy sometimes warm or piping hot depending on when or what time you go there. Not going to comment on the worker we know how it goes.

Went through drive through. Spent $46. A couple things missing. Pulled over and had to go inside. Told the manager I was short one of four strawberry cheesecakes. She told me there were two in each box. NO there wasn?t! Why I?m the world would I spend $46 and then try to cop One free strawberry cheesecake? Just would like to get what I paid for. Basically saying I was lying and didn?t give me another!! Got back to the car and find I was shorted a piece of chicken, got fries with one order instead of Cajun rice. This is the second time I?ve been shorted food at this location. Some of the people that work there will actually reply when you say thank you. Others just walk off and never respond. I?ll go to Bojangles next time.

My family stopped by this Popeyes on the way to the beach for lunch, and we had a wonderful experience! There was such a sweet guy working, I think his name was Ashton, and he absolutely made our day. He was so nice and welcoming, and he truly cares about his customers! I would definitely recommend this place ????

Amazing helpful staff! A young man was so nice and made my day. Very hardworking. I went in on 7/30/22 and had an amazing #1 combo. Great job to the staff. They even helped with the drink machine that was messing up.

First we waited over 30 minutes for chicken after going inside to inquire about our drive-thru order. Several other customers waited in the parking lot for orders as well! The order was incorrect and the staff had the nerve to be rude! Hire more people and adjust your attitude! Sending my complaint to corporate as well! Customer service is at an all time low!
