ROACHES!!! I killed live ones. Dead ones everywhere. Microwave was broken and unplugged (wouldn't have used..roaches). Refrigerator was unplugged. Wouldn't have used. Mold on toilet tissue. Even the bar of soap had mold on it when I opened the packaging. Room had a very distinct odor when I went in. Couldn't even get a refund. DONT GO!!!

Staff was nice, service was ok. Hotel is trash! room infested with bed bugs that ate me up. Got a full refund, but WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND. Unless you like parasitic bugs leaving itchy rashes on your body that last for a week.

Will be reporting to health DEPT. Didnt stay drugs out back unsafe 50.00 deposit for the room its all i needed to know.WE TALKED TO SOMEONE LEAVING HE SAID DONT STAY! BILLED MY CARD WE DIDNT STAY WARNING ABOUT THIS PLACE!

Great staff! very helpful during a time when buying a brand new house should be fun. they have made it very less stressful and accommodating during this transition. it's no 5 star hotel, but it's clean, I have no issues, and it's been quiet. if I have a problem, the front desk has been great and housekeeping as well.

I really like to give places the benefit of the doubt but this place that would be a step up. I booked through a third party. Check in was fine I didn’t like the fact that peoples copy of their ID’s was just left on the counter for anyone to just walk up and take a picture of. So beware of this. Don’t let them tell you that the pictures on display is of those who are banned from the property clearly I’m not talking about those. I stepped in the room and was meet with a horrible smell and roaches. I immediately turned around and went to go check out but as I was walking out the door was not secured it just opened with me just pulling on it. I checked out got my deposit back but now the hotel won’t refund me the money I paid for the 2 nights. Don’t stay at this hotel ever. It needs new management and staff
