I went through the drive thru today and got home to see my bagel was completely burnt. That's sad a worker thought that was okay to give someone. You would have literally saw it when you were putting on the cream cheese. If this was a restaurant there's so no way they would send that out.

Granted...we went on Thanksgiving morning. I have never had a bad Caribou coffee until this time. I think that everyone wanted to be at home rather than following recipes for a coffee drink.Food: 2/5
