The Olive Branch Bakery Cafe - Waco

I returned to this restaurant to celebrate my son's birthday breakfast. I chose to order something I wouldn't be able to prepare at home. Honestly, everything they make is better than what I can whip up, but this dish was particularly special with fresh vegetables and avocado. It felt like a healthier choice as well.

Only had breakfast so can’t comment on anything else, but breakfast is the ????, best in Waco. Anyone who complains about it should go to rocket cafe and be happily mediocre. The deets… 1. Coffee is legit, not watered down scalding hot Shipley’scoffee. 2. Fried chicken biscuit was amazing. Chicken seasoning was so good. 3. Pancakes were top notch with fresh fruit andhomemade whipped cream topping. 4. Sausage was clearly hand made patty’s but had a kick to it so be aware. 5. Service wasfriendly without being too friendly. All in all, everything we had was delicious and quality. Venue has plenty of space forlarger groups and even an upstairs patio which was a nice ambience.

I had a fantastic breakfast! Jaeda was incredibly friendly and even let me sample the drip coffee before I made my choice. I went with the autumn-flavored drip coffee and ordered the TOB breakfast. It was delicious—a generous serving, and they prepared it in no time!

This is a wonderful and peaceful spot to enjoy a meal. The shrimp scampi was fantastic, and my wife's pork chop was so large that she couldn't finish it. The waitstaff was attentive and friendly, stopping by to check on us frequently.

We had 4 in our party and everyone's food was awesome. I had the smoked turkey bbq sandwich. It was perfect, and so delicious. I got the fruit on the side and it was all fresh. Nothing canned. We would definitely go back!
