Panda Express - Waco

I visited the restaurant on Friday, April 8, in the afternoon. It was lively and bustling with activity. Two ladies were busy cooking, another was preparing food in the back, and a young man was attending to customers as a steady stream flowed out the front door. I was really impressed! This young man never seemed stressed; he was polite and courteous, and the food was delicious as always. Well done!

I'm currently at the restaurant waiting for my food. It's quite busy here, but the staff is managing everything efficiently without compromising on customer service! They are polite, friendly, and patient, which is wonderful to see. It’s impressive how well they work as a team! I just noticed a name tag that looked like it said Jacob. Great job, everyone!

There was a long line at noon, but it was worth the wait. The staff greeted us warmly with smiles and managed to complete our orders promptly.

The foods good, the staff are friendly; but I wish they had lemon chicken like Chinese kitchen used to make.

I love Panda Express but each time I visit the Bosque location in Waco Tx the selections are minimal and the food choices always appear old. I never have a good experience here. The female associate was rude each time I asked if the cooks were going to replenish something therefore my sister and I just left. I felt sorry for the long line of customers behind me. There wasn't much for me to choose from so I knew there wasn't going to be much for them as well.
