Bidrage med feedbackFreddy's has absolutely delicious tasting Burger! Their patties are very thin, but packed with so much taste. Your cheeky sauce is so good! I was worried about how thin the pommes are, but they are very good and perfectly spiced. The one I had a problem with was the cleanliness of the restaurant. The floors were greasy and I felt like I was slipping in the toilets. Not the tables were cleaned very well and everything felt sticky. Apart from the health problems, I had a great experience.
This was my very first visit to Freddy's. Ive always wanted to go there but just never did. So I finally got a chance to visit and get some dinner for the family. I wish I would have kept going. Not one person in this place was friendly or had any light. They were all dead and just going through the motions. From the cashier to the guy who gave me my order. So I said to myself maybe the food will be awesome!!! NOPE! It was not good, over cooked, fries were terrible and not fresh or mixed in with old fries. Now the drink. I asked for tops for my drinks and the girl at the counter said they didn't have tops. Not sure why she didn't tell me this when she gave me the cups? I could have decided to go with another size. Im thinking to myself, why serve a size cup that you don't have tops for? And no! Not everyone is dinning in. How ridiculous this looks? I had to hold the cups to keep them from spilling. Thank God I did have to slam on brakes or I would have really been in trouble. Im extremely disappointed at this first visit. Im positive I will never go back.
Chili fries were good. Staff was great. Patty melt ... The buns and toppings were fresh, the burger itself not so much. It was crunchy and so thin, I'm pretty sure part of it was just scrapings off of the grill.
After attending the Baylor volleyball match, we decided to stop by for dessert. The sundaes we ordered were delicious and well-prepared. However, the atmosphere was somewhat dampened by witnessing two employees having a heated argument in the kitchen. It seemed like they were not enjoying their work, with a young lady yelling at a gentleman, "You're a liar!" Management should pay more attention to these situations and address them promptly.
During a 4-hour road trip, we stopped at a restaurant and placed our order at 9:30pm. We were the 4th car in line and finally reached the window at 10. Our food was handed to us at 10:10, but the fries were cold. We requested hot fries and were given a concrete instead of the 2 milkshakes we ordered. When we checked the burgers, they turned out to be the wrong ones. After requesting the correct burgers, a manager informed us that everything had been turned off and asked if we still wanted our food. Despite this, we said yes and were asked to pull around the building and wait. 10 minutes later, we were handed a bag with our order. The manager apologized for the inconvenience and gave us 2 cards for free meals on our next visit. However, when we checked the bag, we found the burgers but no fries. When we called the manager back, he explained that the fryer had been turned off 15 minutes ago and it would take too long to heat the oil, hence the cards. Although the burgers were delicious, there were numerous opportunities for better handling of the situation.
