Chopsticks - Waco

This place has really declined. The food used to be fantastic, but during my last two visits, it was far from enjoyable. It seems like everything has lost its flavor and become quite bland and disappointing.

The prices are reasonable, and the peppered steak with rice provided enough food for two meals. My wife had the sesame chicken with rice, which was also enough for two meals, even though she initially wanted the sesame beef. The staff seemed unaware that they offer that dish, which is surprising because my wife had it there a couple of weeks ago. Additionally, we didn't receive any sauce to go with the rice.

I had a terrible experience! The food wasn’t fresh, and they got my order wrong. The rice was awful! There were dirty spider webs hanging over the counter, and dust-covered boxes next to the food area. When I called to complain, they told me I had the wrong store, but the receipt had their phone number on it! The staff claimed that all the stores shared the same number—really? I definitely don’t want to return to this location. You completely dropped the ball! I’m giving you a zero rating again.

Person taking my order didn't give me the choice to dine in, she assumed I was eating out. She also assumed that I wanted to choke down dry food. No teriyaki sauce and no soy sauce were offered.

I don't know what happened to this location but their food was tasteless this last visit , the broccoli and beef was old and chewy General Tsos chicken was mostly all breaded , hardly no chicken . They definitely changed something or don't careanymore. Gonna have to drive to the Robinsons location next time.
