Bidrage med feedbackWe are visitors in the city and occasionally stop by this restaurant to eat. To be honest, it used to be better. With each visit, we've noticed a significant decline in the way customers are treated. There's a very strange situation with reserved tables; while the dining room only serves five tables, the rest are supposedly 'reserved'?! It's absurd—because of this, several customers left while we were there. The room was empty, yet they couldn't seat any more people. There seems to be a lack of interest in customers. Service is slow, but the food is delicious, which is why people are still coming here for now.
I often visit this café for business lunches and Friday dinners. It's amusing how they serve different wine glasses at the same table, with someone shouting from behind, “We don’t have any matching ones!” The waitress is a brunette with long hair and no name tag, and she seems eager to push you along when you ask for the bill. I thought the café was interested in selling tea and desserts, but that doesn’t seem to be the case. The salads change every Friday, even though we always order the same thing. It's been getting worse each week. At least greet your customers with a smile!

The wait time to place an order was over 20 minutes, and that was only after I mentioned the delay, despite the dining area being half empty! The owner should focus on training the staff to enhance customer service.
Fantastic restaurant! Everything we tried was truly delicious. The service was quick and efficient. We left feeling very satisfied!
