SERIOUS BED BUG PROBLEM, STAFF LIE AND MAKE EXCUSES FOR EVERYTHING. IT DOESN'T EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR, THE PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN UNTIL THEY GET THE PROFESSIONALS TO KILL EVERYTHING INSIDE ALL MATTRESSES NEED TO BE REPLACED OR PLASTIC AIRTIGHT COVERS. DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE
