It was definitely better before. Sometimes the fryer doesn't work, and other times it's the only thing that does. The patties taste like cafeteria food, and the buns are flavorless – I took two bites of the burger, and that was enough for me. They even skimped on the sesame seeds for the bun, and the cheese is the most disappointing I've ever had. The Coca-Cola tastes very much like tap water; two sips were more than enough to make me not want it anymore. In short, they are cutting back on everything in the kitchen, yet the prices are still the same as before, or as you would expect at a decent burger joint. The only positive thing I can say is that the staff tries hard, but it feels like trying to shape a bullet out of clay.
