During peak hour worse month end,when you order online it takes forever am not happy and when you call they drop you not even explaining

I plased an order tonight at 19:15 tonight first of october at Vredenburg steers. At 20:00 i phoned to be confirmed that the order is little bit late. On my tracking i saw Daniel is on its way. Now at 20:50 Daniels still did not arrived and no one in steers is picking up the phone. Is this how you operate.
