The only restaurant or cafe I've been to that doesn't even play music on the cassette player or it's not heard at all, some guests at the tables play songs on their phones to at least raise the dead atmosphere a little. The service is disastrous, the waiters are frowning and can't wait for the guest to leave. The advantage is favorable prices, a really good location and decent food, which is why many people come. One well-intentioned piece of advice for the owner, if he reads the comments at all, the restaurant is certainly not doing badly, but with a little more effort and control over the workers, it would work 50% better.
