The New York cheesecake is hard to mess up but they didn 't succeed, the cheesecake was good but lacked something so 8 points. Service at 7.5! Ресторан Olea средиземноморская кухня. Меню ограничивается тремя страницами еды и еще таким же количеством страниц с алкоголем это ресторан в отеле! . Тут подают пасту, курицу, блюда из морепродуктов и десерты. Большая площадь, комфортное расстояние между столами, широкие коридоры, открытая кухня за которой приятно наблюдать. Хороший ремонт, удобная мебель, в целом приятный дизайн, очень светло. Утром заведение работает в формате шведского стола и это конечно вносит свою лепту в самоощущение которое возникает тут. Здесь отлично завтракать, приятно обедать, но ужинать я бы стал в другом месте например, в ресторане который находится через стенку: Grill Grain — ресторан стейков, виски и вина. К сожалению он открывается только вечером, поэтому сходить мне в него удастся в другой раз. В Olea я отведал суп, горячее и десерт и пару чашек кофе. По 10 бальной шкале еда пусть будет 7. Суп был шедеврально вкусным, визуально приятная подача за него 10, горячее было на 6, я кушал цыпленка, и субъективно он был плохо прожарен. Чизкейк Нью Йорк его трудно испортить, но у них этого и не получилось, чизкейк оказался хорошим, но чего то ему не хватало, поэтому 8 баллов. Сервис на 7,5! Большое количество официантов которые работают хорошо, но хотелось бы чуточку больше внимания, про меня забывали... Мой официант, был красив, любезен, в очках, женщина и делала комплименты на мою общительность, я таял. Поэтому 0,5+ к сервису, хотелось поставить 7. В целом все приветливы, общаются, впечатление хорошее, но можно лучше. Атмосфера на 6. Кстати надо упомянуть, что рестораны находятся на 7 этаже с панорамными окнами и огромным балконом на который можно выйти сфотографироваться молодежь поднимается сюда за этим, миную еду . We smile and the strict waiters let us sit on dusty tables in farm chairs. no kisses. I had to take the initiative and get rid of a few kisses from the bar stools. in the 21st minute was served coffee and cake only after drinking coffee. I had to order water. the cappuccino is half cold and the latte was served with a short spoon and of course they confuse who ordered what. where do they get these waiters? a complete discrepancy with the excellent indoor and chic appearance. but I'll pay the money for the look. of course I will not dinate in olea. Кофе подали на 21й минуте. А пирожные только после того, как выпили кофе. Пришлось заказывать воду. Капучино полухолодный, а лате подали с короткой ложкой. И естествено перепутали кто что заказазал . Где берутаких официантов? Полное несответствие отличному интеру и шикарном виду. Но платитьетакие денги только лишь за вид ужинать в Олеа я, конечно же не буду.

Музыка оптимальной громкости. Не слишком навязчиво и не слышно беседы за столиками рядом. Сервис довольно странный. Персонал тоже будто с двухнедельным опытом работы с нуля без обучения. Иногда подают практически сразу все блюда с десертом с минимальной задержкой даже если вы не закончили есть суп , иногда вообще все тянется жутко медленно. Очень долго могут просто не подходить и не предлагать принести счет. Один раз принесли холодный стейк. За сервис минус. На бизнес ланче подают довольно таки вкусный крем суп правда, практически всегда с какой то коркой на поверхности . Пару раз вместо крем супа подавали что то водянистое с капустой. На свинине панировки настолько много, что при любом воздействии она очень легко начинает разлетаться в радиусе сантиметров 30 от тарелки. Достаточно даже наколоть вилкой кусочек стейка, чтобы сухие панировочные сухари полетели в разные стороны. Порция довольно разбалансирована в сторону стейка – всего остального мало, стейка очень много относительно всего. Когда бизнес ланч тут стоил 239₽, был смысл посещать это места для обеда. Теперь оно стоит около 400₽ и всякий интерес к этому месту пропадает.
