Voorhees Diner

I only had the breakfast so it was nothing special. the staff was ok. instead of great for its location. good location, as it crosses from the virtua front campus

It was later in the morning on a Sunday. R were seated pretty quickly. It was impossible to get our waitress to pay attention to us. My coffee cup was visibly dirty. I asked for a different cup and she never brought it. Both of our orders came out wrong. She would not come back to correct it. We sat there for 15 minutes without silverware. Eventually had to walk up to the front counter to ask for some. We ended up eating the cold food that we didn't order. Then we went up to pay our bill and the woman behind the counter completely ignored me. Waited right in front of her for 5 minutes, said excuse me twice and got nothing. A waitress wandered over behind the counter and I asked if she could help me. She said No, she'll do it and walked away. The first lady finally looked up at me and said You're gonna have to give me a minute Three more minutes go by and she finally let's me pay my bill. We will never go back.

I give this diner 3 and 1/2 stars. The food was very good and the portion sizes were great. Service was a little slow and prices are a little high. Overall it was a good experience and I would eat there again.

Absolutely the worst diner I have ever been to. Ordered the NY pizza bagel which comes with mozz cheese and sauce. It tasted like the frozen pizza bagels you heat in the microwave. When the bill came out I noticed I was charged 4 dollars more than the menu price. I said something to the teenager they had running the counter. She said that is for the side of cheese I got with the fries. I showed her the menu and tried explaining a side of cheese is only 1.50. I asked for the manager and she said she is the only one there and there is nothing she can do. I don't care about the 4 dollars. Its the freaking principle. Now I understand why there were only 2 other tables taken, one of which sent back their food.

Currently still at the diner. We both ordered a special, which came with soup. My boyfriends meal came with fries, and asked for his fries to be"Philly style (which was written on the menu). We never received our soups. Then our meals come out (still no soup). My boyfriend tells the waitress these are suppose to be Philly style fries and we never received our soup. She takes his plate back. Meantime our water glasses have been empty at the end of the table. She even asked if we wanted refills, but never refilled them. A few minutes later she comes out and says the chef has no idea what he's talking about Do you mean pizza fries he says it's on your menu. She had to take the menu in the back to show him. Food comes out and then the soups. Still no water. Also had to request a napkin half way through the meal. Finally when we were almost done eating we had to flag her down for a water's. I do understand you are short staffed. But that is not all this was. Never going back again. Food was just okay not worth the money or terrible service.
