I placed an order on the website, and received an automatic email from it, which stated that they would contact me in a subsequent email when the order was processed. After two hours, I called them to ask what the situation was, because nothing had arrived, to which I was told that the order had been canceled because too many had arrived. I didn't receive an email about this (the internet is sometimes bad on the coast), nor did they tell me on the phone (I should call them). Then what is the website for, or if this is a known situation, why is it not indicated on the website?
